Fix Issues Fast

Deposit not showing? Wallet won't connect? Bridge stuck? Find quick solutions to every common Hyperliquid issue.

Common Hyperliquid Issues and How to Fix Them

Most Hyperliquid issues fall into three categories: wallet connection problems, deposit and withdrawal delays, and transaction errors. Wallet connection failures are typically caused by network misconfiguration — Hyperliquid requires your wallet to be connected to the Arbitrum One network for deposits, and switching networks or clearing cached site data usually resolves the issue. Deposit delays most commonly occur when the Arbitrum bridge is congested or when USDC is sent from an unsupported chain; deposits from Arbitrum normally confirm within one to two minutes, but bridge congestion can extend this to ten minutes or more. Transaction errors such as failed order placements or liquidation warnings are usually related to insufficient margin, exceeding leverage limits, or attempting to trade a market during a maintenance window. Our troubleshooting guides walk through each scenario with step-by-step resolution instructions.

When to Self-Resolve vs. Contact Support

The majority of Hyperliquid issues can be resolved independently by following the guides in this section. Wallet connection problems, deposit delays under 30 minutes, browser cache issues, and RPC configuration errors are all self-serviceable. However, if a deposit has not appeared after one hour, if funds show as sent on Arbitrum but are missing from your Hyperliquid account, or if you encounter a persistent error that is not covered in our guides, you should reach out to the Hyperliquid team via their official Discord support channel. Never share your private key or seed phrase with anyone claiming to offer support.
